PRIVACY POLICY

Thank you for using the WaferNet, Inc.’s (“WaferNet”) web site located at www.WaferNet.com. We are pleased to provide this privacy policy to inform you of our practices with respect to the collection and use of information about users of our web site. By using this site, you consent to the following terms.

Acquisition of Information. WaferNet provides an online ordering system (the “System”) that allows participating customers to purchase our products and manage inventory through a web-based interface. Access to the System requires registration by each individual user (‘End User”). Each End User will be required to provide personally identifiable information to register as a End User. Such information may include, for example, name, employer, position title and contact information (such as email address, telephone number and office location). As part of the registration process, each End User will be assigned a unique user name and password which will identify the End User and will be associated with the personally identifiable information that we collect.

Use of Information. WaferNet uses individual contact information, user names and passwords to provide access to the System and to contact End Users when reasonably necessary. WaferNet may also use any information End Users have provided as reasonably necessary to administer or provide customer support for the System and/or the web site. WaferNet may also use contact information to provide notices regarding orders, as well as to inform End Users about additional goods and services. WaferNet may transfer any information collected through this web site to WaferNet’s processing and storage facilities in the United States and to the company on whose behalf any End User is accessing the System.

Access by Our Employees. WaferNet employs commercially reasonable measures to limit our employees’ access to individuals’ personally identifiable information to the minimum amount reasonably required to provide prompt, high quality service for the System and this web site.

Disclosure of Information. WaferNet may use certain third party vendors (e.g., data storage facilities) to assist WaferNet in providing the System and hosting the web site. WaferNet may transfer personally identifiable information to such vendors who have entered into a contract with WaferNet that protects the confidentiality of the information and permits the vendor to use it only as reasonably necessary to fulfill its contract with WaferNet. WaferNet may also disclose personally identifiable information as it believes is reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation or other governmental authority. Finally, WaferNet may disclose personally identifiable information upon a transfer or sale to another entity of all or substantially all of WaferNet’s assets or stock, or of WaferNet’s line of business to which this Privacy Policy relates or upon any other corporate reorganization.

Security Measures. WaferNet employs procedural and technological measures, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service, reasonably designed to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. WaferNet stores your information on secure computers located in a locked data center, to which only a small number of WaferNet’s employees involved in the management of the data center have physical access. WaferNet uses encryption, firewalls and other security technology to help prevent unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information.

Updating Your Information. You may update or change the personally identifiable information that you have provided to WaferNet by submitting a request to WaferNet via the Webmaster.

Policy Changes. Due to the Internet’s rapidly evolving nature, WaferNet may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If so, WaferNet will post its updated policy on this web site. All changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy. WaferNet encourages you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
